What is a custom spray tan?

A custom spray tan is a 1-on-1, personalized, spray tanning session with a professional sunless technician (like me!).  The spray tech, using a high-pressure spray gun, applies sunless solution to the areas you desire during your scheduled session.  Sessions can include full-body application, legs only, or facial sprays.

By allowing a certified spray technician to apply the spray solution, you can ensure a flawless even application, especially on hard to reach areas such as the back. 

Sunless sessions usually last around 15-30 minutes (this includes drying time) and results can be expected to last between 5-10 days.

How much does it cost?

Spray Tan costs can range anywhere from 30$-90$ depending on where you go and the quality of the products that are used. My Spray Tans cost 35$ in salon and start at 50$ mobile. Prices are also available for groups. The larger the group, the lower the cost, so have a spray tan party!

Will I turn orange?

No! I provide a just off the beach color suited to your own skin tone. The high quality products and the pre-tanning Ph balancing spray provided with your spray tan application ensure you will get beautiful results!

What about the smell of a spray tan?

The spray solutions have a nice almond & raspberry scent to them. This makes for a nice and luxurious experience during the sunless tanning process. The after-odor? Virtually nonexistent!

How should I prepare for my spray tan session?

This is the Key part to having a beautiful spray tan.

Here are 4 easy steps for you to remember how to prep before your tan:

1. GENTLY exfoliate your skin prior to your sunless spray session.  
2. Any waxing or shaving should be performed 24 hours in advance of applying sunless products.
3. Remove any ‘barriers’ that may prevent the sunless product from absorbing into the skin evenly. These include, but are not limited to: make-up, deodorant, perfume, oils, moisturizers, residue from hair conditioners
4. Optimize your skin surface pH levels prior to application.  Do not use bar soaps prior to your spray tan application.

What should I wear to my spray tan session?

I recommend wearing dark and loose fitting clothing. Although the solution washes off most fabric easily, wool, satin and silk are to be avoided as these materials can stain permanently. During the session, you can wear a dark bathing suit or dark underwear. Topless tanning is available to adults over the age of 18.

How long does a spray tan take to dry?

After the application, the spray tan will take about 8-12 minutes to completely dry on its own.
Using warm air, I can cut that drying time in half!

How do I keep my spray tan looking flawless as long as possible?

Avoid showering or breaking a sweat for at least 8-12 hours after getting a spray tan. It's important to stay hydrated inside and out! The use of a moisturizer and/or tan extender will prolong the duration of your tan and prevent uneven and patchy wear-off. And don't forget! Your spray tan is not a barrier from the sun. Make sure to use adequate SPF products to keep your skin in the best condition possible!
